Snell's Pre-Kindergarten is a private owned preschool program that serves children ages 2- 5 years of age. We are looking for a passionate individual who genuinely prides themselves in the nature of care they provide for children. Responsibilities include ensuring the supervision and safety of full-time care children as well as lesson planning. May be required to clean, organize and close AM classrooms. Your responsibilities include but are not limited to assist with lesson planning, diaper changes, AM snack, Lunch, outdoor supervision and releasing part-time children home for the day.

Center Hours- 7:30AM-5:30PM

Hours Needed- 9am-2pm (high possibility for more hours/ teacher position)

Qualifications:

-At least 18 years of age

-Minimum 12 ECE semester units (Required)

-Current First Aid/ CPR Certification (preferred not required)

-Copy of Immunization records including TB Tested and cleared.

-Fingerprinted and cleared (reimbursable after 30 days)

Responsibilities:

-Maintain a safe and healthy environment. Care for children without use of physical or verbal abuse, exploitation or prejudice.

-Caring and nurturing the children. Ensuring supervision and safety at all times.

-Communicate with parents, teachers, director and children on a professional level.

-Ability to follow and give directions. Ability to comply with applicable licensing laws and regulations.

-Know housekeeping and sanitary procedures. Assume of equal share of duties including but not limited to; diapering, mopping, sweeping, meal prepping.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
